HITC Year II Application

• Applicant must have earned an Associate of Biblical Studies degree through HITC.
  

Step #1            Applicant must complete all “Application for Admission” pages.  

Step #2            Fill out the one page Logos application.  

Step #3            Turn in two recent photos (2x2) of yourself. (Attach one to the HITC Application and one on the LOGOS application).  

Step #4            Provide a color copy of your passport. (Make sure your passport is valid through June 2010, and the passport number is clear.)  If you have applied for your passport and it is still processing, please make a note stating the date you applied.  

Step #5            A parent or guardian must fill out the form with the title of “Parent or Guardian recommendation”.  

After you have completed steps 1-5 Send all these documents along with your $100 Application fee to Harvest International Training Center (see address below). Applications are due no later than July 20, 2009.  

Step #6            Have your Small Group Leader complete the Small Group Leader’s reference form and mail directly to the address below.  

Step #7            Mail to:            Church of the Harvest

                                                    120 S. Cole Rd.                                                 
                                                    Boise, ID 83709  

Step #8            After review of your completed application, you will be contacted by the HITC Director.
